“What make you so special?”
I have had a lot of people ask me how I am able to channel and get downloads so clearly. One person even asked ‘what makes you so special?’ Well, anyone can learn to open up their intuition and increase their ability to receive information. It’s all about opening up your 3rd Eye Chakra.
Here are some tips to help get you started:
Clear out old stagnant energy. Are you holding on to low, dense vibrational energy? Are you moody, angry, depressed, lethargic, insecure or fearful? All of these feelings block your channel and ability to receive information.
Make space for your intuition to blossom. If you want to increase your intuition, intention is everything. It comes as a whisper so unless you able to create the quiet it needs to come through, you may miss it. This could take the form of creating rituals for yourself. The easiest way to build the connection is journaling. I also recommend mediation, this gets easier with practice but if you struggle with it, try a walking a mediation.
Trust what you experience. It looks different for everyone. It can come to you through sound, feeling, sight or knowing. One of my first signs of intuition was smell. The key is to trust whatever message you are receiving is meant for you!
Accept that it will be a puzzle! When you are first starting out, things don’t make sense. That’s ok! It’s confusing AF and that’s part of the fun. Don’t to force it or rush it, because it can’t be rushed. It’s like trying to attract water with a magnet. Allowing it to happen, will make it happen.
